Shipping Methods

We aim to dispatch orders placed on our website/app within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of the order. Orders are delivered within India only and are subject to product availability. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.


Delivery Charges

A standard shipping charge of ₹99 applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1699, subject to the terms and conditions specified on our website. Please note that delivery charges or any other fees paid are non-refundable.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary based on your shipping address and other external factors beyond our control.

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, we do not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines may be extended during festive seasons and shopping festivals.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment online.

You may also track your order by logging into your SarojiniMart account on our website/app or by visiting the order tracking page.


Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout. SarojiniMart is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Delivery Attempts

Your shipment will be handed over only after valid OTP verification at the time of delivery.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient’s absence or other reasons, the customer must follow the instructions provided by the shipping carrier to ensure successful delivery.

A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made by the shipping carrier. If the customer fails to receive the order on the third attempt, the order will be automatically canceled. In such cases, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable delivery charges.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to legal, regulatory, or operational constraints.
